Kathleen Yonce is the principal and founding member for KEY Group. She is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with division management and director-level experience and has worked on over four million square feet of retail, office, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use properties throughout the Southeast valued at over $3 billion.

Kathleen is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a licensed real estate broker. She works with the group’s division partners and the firm’s multiple capital partners and focuses on securing development deals and execution management for large-scale projects, business development, client relations, and strategic planning.
