Sam Pinson manages development project management and asset services for KEY Group and participates in strategic and operational planning. He has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate development industry and has managed projects from both the development side and professional service industry, for mixed use, retail, multi-family residential, industrial and office projects.

Prior to joining KEY Group, Sam was the director of development for York Residential, and gained vast service experience while serving as vice president of operations and senior project manager for REJCE (today IBI Group), a Florida-based civil engineering, land planning, transportation planning and landscape architecture firm. He also held positions of development project manager and senior real estate development consultant with the Codina Group.

Sam is a graduate of Leadership Broward Foundation, a former board member of Broward County Rebuilding Together, a graduate and Alumni Association President of Leadership Coral Springs and a graduate of Rollins College. He also holds his State of Florida real estate associate’s license and a Community Association Manager’s license.
