(June 14, 2023) — Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates announced today that Laguna Hills-based MSC Business Brokers is joining as an affiliate to lead the company’s Business Brokerage Division for business owners seeing an exit strategy or diversification. The brokerage, led by Larry Kozin, CEO, and John Bellave, President, have over 40 years of experience and have sold more than 1,000 businesses nationwide.
