Irvine, Calif. (November 27, 2023) — Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates announced today that Integrated Assets, based in Memphis Tennessee, is joining as an affiliate serving the greater Memphis metropolitan area, northern Mississippi, and northeast Arkansas. Led by Principal Broker Glenn McDonald, Integrated Assets specializes in multi-family, property development, hospitality, retail, and small office.

McDonald is a seasoned real estate professional with a comprehensive skill set. He is pursuing CCIM certification and MAI designation and is a member of the Appraisal Institute and the National Association of Realtors in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. He is a Certified Distressed Property Expert, Independent Insurance Adjuster, and Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. McDonald has extensive local knowledge and resources in the Tri-state metro areas. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of Memphis.
