Paul Kuo brings more than three decades of investment expertise and over twenty years of leadership in commercial real estate development. He oversees KEY Group’s strategic direction and development pipeline, which exceeds $2 billion in real estate and infrastructure opportunities across multiple markets.

In addition to his role with KEY Group, Paul is the founder of HK Real Estate Development, where he directs the firm’s strategy for entitling raw land and advancing residential, multifamily, retail, and industrial projects across Texas. His experience also includes senior leadership roles at JPMorgan and Merrill Lynch, where he managed portfolios for high-net-worth and institutional clients and advised on investment strategy and risk management.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
