Mark Sparrow brings over 35 years of experience in commercial and residential development, with deep expertise in land development strategy, entitlements, and large-scale project execution. He oversees development operations and supports the advancement of complex projects across multiple asset classes.

His portfolio includes more than 20,000 acres of single-family development, 3.5 million square feet of commercial space, and over 2,400 multifamily units across major markets in Texas and Florida. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles managing development operations, financial oversight, and execution strategy.

Mark began his career in public accounting and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Washington University in St. Louis
