Brady Baggs oversees engineering strategy, land development planning, and project execution across KEY Group’s development portfolio. He brings more than twelve years of civil engineering experience across Central and South Texas, supporting a wide range of asset classes.

His expertise spans commercial, retail, industrial, multifamily, medical, and public works projects, with a strong focus on multidisciplinary coordination and technically rigorous execution. He has led complex civil design programs and managed cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality development outcomes.

Brady holds a degree from Texas A&M University and maintains an active Professional Engineer (PE) license through the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
