Linda Allard evaluates oversees processes and project management for the design portion of KEY Group projects. She has over 30 years of experience in all types of commercial real estate projects and has completed over 2.9 million square feet of commercial projects valued at over $450 million.

She is the Principal for LA Design, and as such, has participated in many award-winning projects including NCCI Corporate Headquarters, which won the TOBY Award for Today’s Office Building of the Year in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007; 3111 University, Coral Springs, which won the NAIOP Office Building Renovation of the Year Award in 2016; and 3C Interactive which won South Florida Business Journal’s Coolest Offices Award in 2015. Linda also has a bachelor’s degree in interior design, and an associates degree in fine arts.
